verrines<br>\nCr\u00e8me de soja liquide : 5 cl<br>\nLait de soja : 25 cl<br>\nPoudre de chocolat amer : 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 (ou 30 g de chocolat au lait)<br>\nTh\u00e9 matcha : 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9<br>\nSucre : 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe<br>\nAgar-agar : \u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans une petite casserole, m\u00e9langez la moiti\u00e9 du lait, 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sucre et la moiti\u00e9 de l\u2019agar-agar.<br>\nChauffez et arr\u00eatez \u00e0 la premi\u00e8re \u00e9bullition.<br>\nAjoutez le chocolat et m\u00e9langez bien jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtention d\u2019un m\u00e9lange homog\u00e8ne.<br>\nVersez dans les verrines et laissez refroidir avant de placer au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant environ 1 heure.<br>\nPr\u00e9parez ensuite la couche au matcha de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re.<br>\nLaissez ti\u00e9dir quelques minutes, puis versez sur la couche au
