50 % : selon la saveur souhait\u00e9e<br>\nAr\u00f4me : selon le go\u00fbt<br>\nColorant : selon le besoin<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1- M\u00e9langer \u00e0 sec le Vegansea AGAR-AGAR avec environ trois fois son poids en sucre.<br>\n2- Disperser le m\u00e9lange sous agitation dans de l\u2019eau chaude \u00e0 80\u00b0C et laisser dissoudre pendant 1 \u00e0 2 minutes.<br>\n3- Ajouter le reste du sucre et le sirop de glucose, puis cuire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir 65 % d\u2019extrait sec total.<br>\n4- Laisser refroidir jusqu\u2019\u00e0 60\u201365\u00b0C, puis ajouter la solution d\u2019acide citrique sous agitation.<br>\n5- Incorporer l\u2019ar\u00f4me et le colorant, puis laisser refroidir \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature
