It is the perfect vegan substitute for gelatin (with 4 times higher gel strength) and other gelling agents in all your culinary creations.
Gluten-free, lactose-free, starch-free, and sugar-free, it is a pure soluble fiber from seaweed. You can use it in all your sweet or savory recipes — the only limit is your imagination.
We extract our organic Agar exclusively from Gelidium seaweeds, hand-harvested by our divers along the cleanest part of Morocco’s Atlantic coast.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE::

To obtain a firm gel, disperse 4 g (one teaspoon) per liter of water or milk under quick and constant stirring.
Maintain boiling temperature until completely dissolved, then let cool at room temperature to set.
For a softer gel, you may reduce the amount used.
