Our journey began with a vision to transform traditional desserts, confectionery and dairies into healthy plant-based options for everyone.
we hereby propose only organic agar-agar made from wild red seaweed (Gelidium Sesquipedale) harvested naturally along the mesmerizing Atlantic Moroccan coast

What is AGAR-AGAR

Our Agar is extracted by hot water from wild red seaweeds It is the perfect vegan substitute to gelatin (4 times higher gel strength) and other gelling agent in all your food preparations : Gluten free, lactose free, starch free, sugar free, it is a pure seaweed soluble fiber! We extract our organic agar only from Gelidium Seaweed harvested manually by divers carefully selected areas following a sustainable fishery Allowing to extract a natural finished product

GENERAL DIRECTION FOR USE

To obtain a firm gel, disperse under quick and constant agitation, 2g (one coffee spoon) per V liter of water or milk.

  • Maintain boiling temperature until complete dissolution.
  • Then let cool
